Our Approach

Quality.

We strive to fully meet our customers’ expectations using proven, quality service skills and procedures, while our project management skills help us maintain our customers’ budgets and schedule requirements.  Quality and service and not simply buzzwords we use to gain a customer’s business, they are guiding principles, what has helped us succeed thus far and what sets us apart from other organizations in the field.

As part of our policy of continued quality improvement, we have adopted certain principles and practices of ISO 9001.  These policies and principles are fully supported by our management and are made mandatory through the following:

  • Miriton Quality Management System and Policy

  • Miriton Service Level Standards

  • Miriton Project Process Procedures

We believe that quality service is good for business; both ours and our customers'.

Consistency

"Miriton will deliver quality products through quality service for each and every project it undertakes."

Whether it is a simple tool installation or a multi-discipline facilities program, we apply our Quality Management System throughout the life of each and every project.  Every project we undertake receives the same level of commitment and attention to service, regardless of scope.

Value

"Miriton recognizes that it is our customers who define quality and value."

Since Miriton has a small core of staff, low overhead and uses the most cost effective selection of contract labour for each project, we are able to offer professional services at a cost below that of traditional, larger firms.  In addition, our faster response time and greater efficiency reduces schedules and time spent.  These economies and savings are passed on to the customer, making Miriton's services highly competitive.

Single Point Responsibility

Regardless of the size of project, Miriton assigns a Project Manager as the single point of responsibility for each project.  This single point of responsibility frees the client of many of the time consuming project management and coordination tasks associated with managing multi-discipline projects.
